Lead and train maintenance staff in best practices Monitor and evaluate workload and productivity Approve time-off and ensure staffing levels Conduct facility inspections and maintenance activities Document maintenance work via CMMS systems Requirements

Over 5 years of relevant facility experience High school diploma plus trades certifications are preferred Comprehensive understanding of safety standards Robust problem‑solving and communication abilities Valid driver’s license to operate corporate vehicles Bring your facility management expertise to foster a protected and efficient setting at CBRE.
