Executive Assistant for Hypertec Construction

As an Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the divisional President and the leadership team, directly reporting to the Chief of Staff. Key skills include advanced communication and strong organizational capabilities, with a focus on managing schedules, travel coordination, and documentation to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars to align priorities
• Coordinate travel arrangements accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and format important presentations and documents
• Organize filing systems and monitor deliverables
• Document meeting notes and actions proficiently Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years supporting executives in a similar role
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple executives' needs
• Handle sensitive information with discretion Maximize effectiveness as an Executive Assistant and foster seamless operations at Hypertec.
