Responsibilities

Educate residents and team members about healthy food options. Oversee labor and food costs. Build and lead a team dedicated to great food and relationships. Develop personal relationships with a community of wonderful people. Ensure that each member of your team understands all aspects of cooking, food preparation, and presentation. Qualifications

Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion) and to encouraging others to be allies, friends, and givers. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Have a certificate or degree in culinary arts or a related field. Have at least three years’ experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities in a similar environment, with demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen and managing a team of kitchen staff. Possess a valid food handler’s card, and be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification. Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays. Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members. Benefits
