Lead the Maintenance Department at ClearTech's Edmonton plant as a Maintenance Supervisor. Drive operational excellence through hands-on troubleshooting and effective team management. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance department, ensuring high production support standards in a chemical production environment. You’ll actively engage in coaching staff, task prioritization, and compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining efficient operations and fostering communication with management. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all maintenance operations and team activities
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and necessary repairs
• Support, train, and coach maintenance staff effectively
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to procedures
• Coordinate activities with trades and contractors Requirements:
• Red Seal Journeyman certification required
• 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends Utilize your maintenance expertise to enhance operations at ClearTech's facility in Edmonton.
