Reporting to the Operations and Maintenance Area Manager, you will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the industrial maintenance department. You will also engage in troubleshooting, control quality, and support the development of team capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Supervise and coach industrial mechanics team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
• Manage intervention priorities with production
• Prepare maintenance reports and budgets Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 5 years of experience in maintenance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and multitasking capabilities
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods is an asset Utilize your engineering expertise and leadership to enhance Sanimax’s commitment to a greener future.
