Commercial HVAC Site Supervisor Role

Lead major commercial HVAC projects with Greendale Resources Inc. as a full-time Commercial Red Seal HVAC Site Supervisor. This key role focuses on site supervision and ensuring quality installation and maintenance. Greendale Resources Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC professional to oversee mechanical teams on commercial projects. You will coordinate HVAC installation, manage crew schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The position demands a proven track record in site supervision and a comprehensive understanding of commercial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all HVAC installation and maintenance on-site
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
• Manage schedules and work assignments for HVAC crew
• Conduct quality control inspections of HVAC installations
• Troubleshoot complex commercial HVAC issues Requirements:
• Red Seal HVAC Certification is required
• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
• Proven site supervision and leadership experience
