Full-Time Overnight Site Manager

Become the Overnight Site Manager at Ndinawemaaganag Endaawaad Inc. in Winnipeg, MB. - Direct overnight staff during critical incidents
- Monitor facility conditions through site visits
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in social services required
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Proven skills in communication and youth engagement
- Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
- Recent Criminal Record Check and CPR certification
