• Provide exceptional patient counseling tailored to individual needs
• Initiate and document care plans for follow-up
• Collaborate in wellness programs with the pharmacy team
• Ensure prescriptions are dispensed safely and accurately
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory practices Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Licensed Pharmacist in Manitoba
• Certification in Injection and First Aid
• Preferred experience with Kroll software
