Full-Time Automotive Sales Advisor Needed

As an Automotive Sales Advisor, your responsibilities include welcoming clients and understanding their unique needs while guiding them through the vehicle selection process. You will work closely with management to navigate pricing and financing discussions, playing a crucial role in customer satisfaction and dealership success. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers both online and in-store
- Identify customer preferences to recommend vehicles
- Conduct engaging vehicle test drives and presentations
- Collaborate on pricing and financing options with management
- Utilize CRM tools for effective customer follow-ups
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be eligible for VSA license
- Flexibility for evening and weekend work
- Positive attitude and strong motivation needed
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
