Clinical Trial Manager in Site Oversight

Lead clinical trial management with a focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance as a Clinical Trial Manager. Ensure data integrity while overseeing site management and monitoring deliverables.

This position entails managing site interactions from activation to closeout, with specific duties including patient recruitment and oversight of investigator payments. You will assess risks using the Risk Assessment and Categorization Tool (RACT) while collaborating with various functional leaders to ensure milestones are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and support to the study team throughout the trial process.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a relevant field • Experience in site management and monitoring • Understanding of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
