Site Supervisor for Construction Projects

As a Site Supervisor at First Onsite, you’ll report to the Construction Operations Manager, overseeing project resources and ensuring that construction runs smoothly. Your expertise will drive team efficiency and help complete projects meeting quality standards. You'll manage schedules and maintain continuous communication on work progress. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and schedule in-house work from Project Managers
• Maintain quality and efficiency throughout projects
• Guide onsite crews with immediate direction
• Monitor staff effectiveness and update project schedules
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with health policies Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in construction supervisor/foreman role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and scheduling
• Proficiency with project management tools and Xactimate
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic math and invoicing understanding Utilize your leadership and construction knowledge to enhance project outcomes at First Onsite.
