Construction Site Supervisor On-Site Work
PATULLO CONTRACTING
Lead operations on construction sites as a Construction Site Supervisor. This position emphasizes supervising workers, coordinating activities, and ensuring project compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. You will prepare production reports, manage staffing, and train new hires effectively. Estimating costs and ordering materials will be key components of your role. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare production and progress reports
• Supervise project activities and site workers
• Coordinate schedules and timelines
• Recruit, hire, and train staff
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site Requirements:
• Completed secondary school graduation certificate
• 1-2 years of construction supervisory experience
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
