Construction Site Project Superintendent

Elevate your career as a Project Superintendent overseeing construction operations at various sites. Ensure project adherence and safety compliance while managing teams and subcontractors. As a Project Superintendent, you will directly report to the Vice President of Field Operations and play a critical role in managing daily construction activities. Your responsibilities will include supervising teams, tackling technical challenges, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager on project communication and planning. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate daily job site activities
• Supervise teams and resolve technical issues
• Oversee planning for materials and labor requirements
• Maintain and update project schedules regularly
• Accurately manage and report labor hours Requirements:
• Diploma in construction or similar experience
• At least 10 years as a Superintendent in construction
• Experience in large-scale construction projects ($10M+)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of safety documentation protocols Utilize your construction expertise to ensure project success and efficiency in your Superintendent role.
