Site Superintendent Role at Sterling Homes

Become a Site Superintendent with Sterling Homes in Edmonton, leading onsite construction teams and ensuring exceptional quality and safety standards. Drive project success through strong communication and management practices. In this full-time supervisory role, you will report to the Construction Manager and oversee all onsite activities across Edmonton and its surrounding areas. You’ll leverage your prior experience in residential construction to manage project schedules and coordinate with trade partners. Your proactive problem-solving skills will help elevate team performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct construction site operations and daily tasks
• Schedule material deliveries and labor installations
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality compliance
• Lead safety meetings and maintain adherence to regulations
• Address client inquiries thoroughly before possession Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of site superintendent experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction software
