This role demands a skilled project coordinator with 3-5 years of relevant experience, focusing on commercial or high-rise construction projects. You will oversee proposals, pre‑construction processes, and construction management, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout project life cycles.
Key Responsibilities Manage identification of business development proposals
Track pre‑construction KPIs and support logistics
Facilitate pull‑planning and manage change requests
Coordinate project documentation and shop‑drawing approvals
Support final project close‑out and warranty management
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
3-5 years of project coordination experience
Eligible for E.I.T., P. Eng., CET, or PQS certification
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
