A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join its growing and team-oriented legal team in Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Advises clients on a broad range of construction law matters, including dispute resolution, risk management, contract negotiation and drafting, insurance-related issues, and regulatory compliance.
- Manages complex litigation files and works closely with a dynamic team of legal professionals in a supportive environment that values mentorship, collaboration, and professional development.
- Advocates for clients, communicating effectively and building strong relationships.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience handling construction-related disputes and litigation matters.
- Client-focused with strong advocacy, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex files effectively and advance practice within a respected, team-oriented firm culture.
