Senior Construction Estimator Position (Winnipeg)

This position invites you to lead small and medium estimates, facilitate bid document reviews, and develop critical relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and subcontractors. With extensive experience, you will identify risks and opportunities to enhance project outcomes while mentoring a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead estimates and review all associated bid documents
- Analyze contract documents and validate project requirements
- Ensure accurate full quantity take-offs for bids
- Support proposal efforts through tender forms and inquiries
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships for collaborative success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in a related field
- 5-10 years in construction cost estimating
- Experience leading bids up to $25 million
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office capabilities
Utilize your deep knowledge in estimating to inspire successful bids and cooperative project environments.
