Drive construction projects from initiation to completion as a Senior Project Manager. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and client communications in an agile work setting.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years in ICI, healthcare, or residential construction. The role demands solid project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling, alongside a robust ability to mentor team members. You will be the key liaison with Owners and architects, ensuring project goals align with company interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction management from pre-construction to project completion
- Prepare timely billings and ensure subcontractor payments
- Communicate effectively with clients and design professionals
- Monitor project costs and maintain positive cash flow
- Lead project meetings to support team developments
Requirements
- 8+ years in project management within construction sectors
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and software
- Proven mentoring and delegation skills
- Must be eligible for Secret Level Security Clearance
