Key Responsibilities

• Manage cradle-to-grave project delivery, including methodologies
• Lead the subtrade buy‑out process collaboratively
• Iterate construction schedules and track project progress
• Conduct Project End Book analysis for improvement
• Train project coordinators for future leadership roles

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in general contracting
• Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager role
• Robust understanding of CCDC processes
• Proven budgeting skills and tendering knowledge
• Valid driver’s license for office and site balance
