Lead Senior Project Manager at NEOGOV

Join NEOGOV as a Senior Project Manager, leading portfolio execution in a remote role. Focused on delivery governance across multiple SaaS products, you'll drive alignment and enhance project outcomes. In this contract position, you'll oversee project management and delivery oversight, ensuring effective planning and execution across 4-5 core products. With no initial direct reports, you'll eventually lead a team, mentoring junior PMO professionals while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate annual, quarterly, and sprint planning across product lines
• Drive alignment in portfolio roadmapping and execution
• Implement improvements for planning maturity and delivery predictability
• Manage risks and escalate blockers at the portfolio level
• Enhance transparency and drive issue resolution across teams Requirements:
• 7+ years in project or PMO leadership in SaaS
• Strong experience in scaled agile environments
• Proficient in JIRA and delivery analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• AI tool leveraging in delivery management preferred Shape the future of delivery management and optimize project execution with NEOGOV.
