Lead IT Project Manager AML Initiatives

Drive transformative financial projects as a Lead IT Project Manager specializing in Waterfall and AML initiatives. This senior role offers a unique opportunity to shape application development within a promising banking context. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects valued between $1M and $5M while ensuring effective management of scope, budget, and timelines. Collaboration across business units, IT, QA, and vendors will be essential, as will clear communication of project status and risks. You will also help foster a culture of continuous improvement by transitioning teams from waterfall to Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
