Toronto Project Manager for M&A Initiatives

Embrace the opportunity as a Project Manager IV managing Mergers and Acquisitions in a hybrid model based in Toronto. This role emphasizes collaboration, planning, and communication to drive project success. As a key player in our Toronto office, you’ll take ownership of project timelines while engaging with HR, Engineering, and other teams. You’ll ensure projects align with crucial compensation timelines and manage communications effectively. Candidates must be flexible to work onsite twice a week with a proven track record in project management. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project action items and timeline management
• Schedule meetings and facilitate effective stakeholder communication
• Track project deliverables and manage documentation
• Identify blockers and coordinate resolutions effectively
• Ensure projects align with established processes

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience at a Big 4 or a major consulting firm
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with Salesforce and compensation systems is an asset
• Ability to work within EST hours and in-person in Toronto
