Project Manager for Learning & Development

Elevate learning initiatives at a prominent organization as a Project Manager focused on Learning & Development. This hybrid role in downtown Toronto emphasizes project execution, stakeholder management, and risk governance while driving educational projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 7–10 years in Learning & Development, ideally within Banking or Financial Services. You will manage a range of learning formats, including eLearning and instructor-led training, while implementing strategies aligned with business goals. Your leadership will ensure successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of L&D projects
• Drive strategies for various learning formats
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure governance by tracking risks and issues
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence for support Requirements:
• 7–10 years in project management in L&D
• Proven experience in Banking or Financial Services
• MS Project and MS Office proficiency
• Agile and SCRUM knowledge
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills Your expertise in project management and learning solutions will drive impactful educational strategies.
