Elevate Questrade’s Sales & Service training as their Senior Manager for Learning, Quality, and Enablement. Focus on strategic initiatives using advanced technology to enhance operational efficiency. Questrade is seeking a Senior Manager with significant expertise to drive the design and continuous enhancement of training programs. You will implement learning strategies vital for operational success, conduct training needs assessments, and develop impactful programs across diverse formats. With collaborative KPI setting and monitoring, your role will significantly contribute to the training of specialized teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement learning and development strategies for operational success
• Conduct thorough training needs assessments
• Design impactful learning programs across multiple formats
• Collaborate to set KPIs and monitor program success
• Develop coaching frameworks for specialized teams Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or related fields
• 7+ years experience in contact centers
• Robust background in instructional design
• Experience with learning management systems
• Proficient in data analysis tools Be a key driver in transforming learning and quality service at Questrade.
