Senior Learning Experience Designer at TD

Elevate credit adjudication knowledge with TD as a Senior Learning Experience Designer. This multi-functional role fosters strategic learning solutions across diverse teams nationwide. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Learning Program Design Manager, conducting needs analysis and developing solutions for programs impacting underwriters' credit acumen, risk tolerance, and policy interpretation. You will engage with credit centers across Markham, Edmonton, Ottawa, Montreal, and Vancouver to implement high-quality learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Design blended learning solutions aligned with business strategies
• Build relationships with partners to manage credit risk effectively
• Act as a subject-matter expert in content design
• Lead project scoping and set learner experience standards
• Ensure diversity and inclusion principles in online solutions Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in related fields
• 5+ years of instructional design experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management and strategic collaboration skills
• Knowledge of accessibility requirements for training development Drive impactful learning experiences with your expertise at TD!
