Play a pivotal role in learning transformation as a Senior Learning Consultant at Infosys. Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine training solutions that enhance business performance. In this senior role, you will work closely with the OCM Team, Trainers, and business unit experts to design effective training strategies. Your contributions will include overseeing instructional designers, conducting analyses to address training needs, and updating learning materials for optimal impact. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to create effective training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for development and training materials
- Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies
- Analyze training needs across various business units
- Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for effective delivery
- Review training content's effectiveness and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training and development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of instructional design models like ADDIE
- Strong business acumen in relation to training impact
