• Develop and enhance compliance policies and procedures
• Coordinate timely regulatory reporting across business units
• Prepare quarterly compliance reports for Questrade Group
• Lead audits, examinations, and manage regulatory relationships
• Provide coaching to compliance officers and analysts Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in the Canadian securities industry
• 3+ years in a compliance or audit role
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written formats
• Ability to manage regulatory ambiguity
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities Your leadership will help shape compliance standards at Questrade, ensuring regulatory adherence and supporting diverse teams.
