Shape financial compliance at Aviso as a Data Analyst for the Compliance team. This 9-month contract focuses on data analysis, regulatory adherence, and financial insights. We are seeking a Data Analyst to contribute to compliance projects under the Manager of Compliance Strategy and Analytics. You will ensure adherence to regulations within Canadian wealth management, analyze financial flows, and support risk management initiatives. Your analytical prowess will aid in the development of compliance standards for Aviso Wealth, safeguarding client interests and market integrity. Key Responsibilities:
• Review compliance documentation for potential policy violations
• Analyze financial data for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Support compliance improvement projects and new requirements
• Research regulatory updates and assess their impact
• Prepare compliance reports using Excel and analysis tools Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• CSC or IFC completion required
• 3–5 years in financial services or analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving abilities for complex datasets Contribute your analytical skills and compliance expertise to enhance Aviso's commitment to financial well-being.
