• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Assess payroll and tax compliance processes for gaps
• Analyze SAP configurations and recommend enhancements
• Define integration requirements with multiple systems
• Translate compliance requirements into specifications Requirements:
• 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
• Strong experience with SAP US Payroll functionality
• Knowledge of payroll tax compliance and multi-state laws
• Proven skills in documenting workflow processes
