• Degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• At least 4 years in HR analytics or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with HR data systems and dashboards
• Strong communication and analytical skills Drive meaningful workforce analytics and contribute to Calgary's community success as a Human Resources Data Analyst.
