SAP Master Data Coordinator (Quebec City)

Reporting to the Product Data Team Leader, the SAP Data Coordinator is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the SAP MM module database. They create part numbers for new components, finished products, and marketing materials, manage the SAP VC module, and participate in website maintenance.
Primary responsibilities Answer internal requests via a ticketing system daily.
Collaborate closely with project managers, product managers, supply chain, planners, customer service, and technical service—all of whom use the database for their work.
Actively participate in current product launches from various perspectives; create the VC for quotes and customer orders; create the Bill of Material (BOM); ensure that each department is notified and completes its tasks before a launch.
Include tickets for website maintenance, modifications/corrections, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the website.
Display factory drawings according to workstation and directly support production employees.
Handle miscellaneous maintenance for the MM module, VC module, and website.
Professional skills/Qualifications Minimum level of education and/or specialization:
College/Pre-University degree (CEGEP in Quebec).
Minimum relevant experience required:
1 to 3 years.
Specific skills and requirements:
Bilingual (French and English, both written and verbal). English will be used to assist users in the USA.
Information system exposure – SAP knowledge is an asset.
Knowledge of Salsify is an asset.
Knowledge of Smartsheet is an asset.
Detail oriented.
Good communicator.
Able to work independently.
Team spirit.
Organizational skills.
Thorough.
