Soudeur (Quebec City)

Objectif du poste En tant que soudeur(euse) , vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la fabrication de pièces métalliques en assurant des soudures de haute qualité, selon les plans et spécifications fournis. Vous contribuerez activement au bon déroulement des opérations en respectant les normes de sécurité et de qualité les plus rigoureuses.
Vos responsabilités Réaliser des travaux de soudage et d’assemblage à partir des dessins techniques
Préparer les pièces avant soudure : découpe, perçage, ébavurage
Effectuer différentes techniques de soudage selon les besoins : MIG (FCAW)
Soudage par points
SAW (atout majeur)
Arc air, soudure inox, etc. Lire et interpréter des plans techniques et croquis de fabrication
Utiliser divers équipements de manutention (pont roulant, etc.)
Maintenir et entretenir les équipements de soudage (machines semi-automatiques, poignées, etc.)
Contrôler la qualité des pièces soudées : inspections visuelles, mesures, tests de résistance
Respecter les procédures de sécurité en tout temps
Profil recherché Formation professionnelle en soudage/montage
Certifications en soudage (ex. : carte CWB, ASME ou autre – un atout majeur)
Expérience en fabrication métallique ou en milieu manufacturier (un atout)
Rigueur, précision, bon esprit d’équipe
Habileté à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
