Production Supervisor (Toronto)

Production Supervisor | Brampton, ON | Afternoon Shift (3pm - 12 am) Are you an experienced leader from a manufacturing, food production, packaging, or high-volume operations environment? We’re partnering with a growing organization that is looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead shift operations and drive safety, quality, and performance. What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and coach production employees in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Monitor productivity, labor utilization, quality, and shift performance to achieve operational targets. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, health & safety, and company procedures. Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resources to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams to support daily operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a positive, accountable team culture. What We're Looking For:

Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, packaging, food production, or a similar industrial environment. Experience leading teams and achieving production KPIs. Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, safety standards, and continuous improvement practices. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills. Experience with ERP/WMS systems is an asset.
