Senior Governance and Compliance Manager

Elevate your career in a strategic role as Senior Governance and Compliance Manager located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Collaborating with key stakeholders is essential for monitoring compliance and overseeing necessary remediation efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry best practices
- Collaborate to identify risk areas and monitor regulations
- Oversee GRC programs for Equipment Financing
- Assess risk and coordinate compliance initiatives
- Lead and develop a team of 15 for governance efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 10+ years in governance, risk, and compliance
- Experience in compliance or auditing environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
