Your expertise will be pivotal in managing transaction monitoring alerts, submitting timely CDR and STR filings, and maintaining rigorous account records. Expect to make a significant impact by ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the AML compliance program to meet regulatory obligations
• Handle AML escalations and ensure precise communication
• Review and verify FINTRAC filings for accuracy
• Oversee STR determinations and provide necessary feedback
• Recommend improvements to AML policies and procedures Requirements:
• Minimum three years in AML compliance
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
• CAMS certification or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
