Transportation Compliance Specialist Ledcor

Join Ledcor as a Transportation Compliance Specialist based in Milton or Cambridge, ON. Use your expertise in National Safety Code regulations to drive efficiencies and ensure compliance. As a Transportation Compliance Specialist, you will identify opportunities within Ledcor's compliance program while monitoring driver and equipment records. This role requires proactive field visits and an understanding of NSC rules to address compliance gaps effectively. You'll also provide training resource expertise and engage in safety audits to support overall operational safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enter driver and equipment records efficiently
• Review NSC Carrier Profile for critical compliance information
• Conduct regular internal audits on safety and documentation
• Develop and lead NSC safety meetings and toolbox topics
• Support gate checks for drivers and vehicles Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience in Transportation compliance
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and tracking
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience with Geotab and other tracking systems Use your expertise in compliance and safety management to contribute to Ledcor's success.
