• Liaise with managers for assessments and requests
• Develop plans to enhance performance and onboard new employees
• Monitor and report project performance for alignment Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in education or related field
• 5 years in a manufacturing role or 10 in Aerospace
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in English and French communication
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Bring your strong analytical skills and collaborative leadership to Bombardier as you support strategic learning initiatives.
