• Counsel maintenance team members as needed
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on project completion Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Industrial Operations or related fields
• Experience managing teams in production or maintenance
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety
• Eligibility for Canadian security clearances Lead your team to maintain high standards of excellence in operations at IMP Aerospace & Defence.
