Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at Westlake

Enhance production and safety as an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor with Westlake. Lead a skilled team, focus on continuous improvement, and ensure the efficiency of plant operations. As a key leader at Westlake, you will manage maintenance teams to achieve production goals while minimizing downtime. Your expertise in electrical systems, PLCs, and robotic machinery will be essential in driving performance improvements and maintaining plant safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Promote safety culture among the maintenance team
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly
• Lead and supervise electrical and mechanical tradesmen
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards Requirements:
• Valid Ontario 442A and 309A Electrical Trades License
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
• Proven experience with PLC and robotic systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills Utilize your leadership and engineering expertise to maintain operational excellence at Westlake.
