Join Sorbara as a Residential Maintenance Technician and deliver timely maintenance services across various residential properties. Address tenant requests, perform repairs, and ensure quality standards are met. The Residential Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the Sorbara portfolio of residential buildings. You will address tenant requests, perform general maintenance including plumbing and electrical repairs, and work with external contractors. This hands-on position requires effective communication and a strong understanding of building systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests professionally
• Perform general repairs including plumbing and electrical
• Monitor and resolve building maintenance issues
• Coordinate and oversee external service providers
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs Requirements:
• Previous experience in residential maintenance roles
• Strong knowledge of building systems and repair techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communication and customer service abilities
