Service Technician for Equipment Maintenance

Bunzl Canada is seeking a Service Technician dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and equipment maintenance. In this role, you'll manage service requests and address customer concerns effectively.

As a Service Technician, you will execute preventative maintenance on various equipment, including our product lines. Your focus will include managing customer records, preparing work orders, and fostering relationships with customers and our sales team. Strong mechanical skills and proactive problem-solving will be essential to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform planned maintenance on company and competitive equipment • Handle service breakdown calls and repairs efficiently • Prepare new equipment for installation and in-service • Maintain customer records and profiles thoroughly • Build strong relationships with customers and sales staff

Requirements: • Mechanical or electrical background with applicable training • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficient in computer skills and customer service • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
