Pay: $22.60/hr

Shift Premium: $3.00 2nd Shift Differential, $4.00 3rd Shift Differential

Shift: Sun to Wed 5am-3:30pm

Main Responsibilities

Greeting our customers and ensuring they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.

Performing vehicle readiness inspections to make sure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are done.

Helping make sure our facilities are clean, safe environments for our customers and associates.

Building your skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires and performing preventive maintenance repairs.

Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

General Requirements

High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The ability to work well as part of a team.

The ability and willingness to work outside.

Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).

Basic computer skills.

Compliance with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management.

Adherence to DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies, including correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practice.

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Understand the DOT requirements and maintain a current driver qualification file, including annual MVR check, DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History. CDL holders required to undergo DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and be subject to FMCSA Clearinghouse review.

Willingness to work the required schedule, at the specified location, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background screening (criminal checks, past employment, and education), pass a drug screen and physical as required by the Department of Transportation, and potential travel within a nearby geography for training.

Physical Requirements

Moving frequently, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods.

Using hands on a routine basis to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and operate required tools or controls.

Work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated platforms.

Work safely in all weather conditions.

See and hear to safely navigate the work environment in presence of large trucks.

Regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg); push/pull truck tires that exceed 100 lbs.
