Become a Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities

Answer service calls. Provide preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of the plant's equipment. Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical problems and find solutions to repair them. Perform basic welding and cutting. Operate electro‑mechanical components. Take charge of one or more projects and complete them with minimal supervision. Contribute to the improvement of plant equipment performance. Work unsupervised on various shifts. Maintain positive housekeeping practices and keep work areas clean. Use CMMS for computer‑based maintenance records. Organize and inventory spare parts. Read and follow daily production schedules and instructions. Ensure hygiene, safety and sanitary conditions, and comply with health and safety regulations. Wear required personal protective equipment. Perform any other related tasks as needed. Qualifications

High school degree and at least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician. Millwright license and/or electrician certificate or license. Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and other mechanical components. Experience with PLC and computer literacy for CMMS usage. Strong mathematics and mechanical skills. Welding proficiency. Logic and problem‑resolution abilities. Coordination and dexterity. Ability to work various shifts and overtime if necessary. Leadership and autonomy. Analytical capacity and sense of initiative. Time and priority management. Perseverance under pressure. Attention to detail and rigor. MAPEI – adhesives, sealants, chemical products for building.
