Manufacturing Shop Supervisor in Winnipeg

- Oversee manufacturing parts production and maintain quality
- Coordinate departmental support functions effectively
- Track performance metrics and optimize efficiency
- Implement company policies and manage personnel activities
- Maintain equipment and ensure timely maintenance
- 3 to 5 years in a supervisory manufacturing role
- Educational background in a related field
- Experience with Statistical Process Control and ISO standards
- Strong PC skills and MRP knowledge is essential
- Flexibility to adapt to various shift patterns
