Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor - Winnipeg

Lead the manufacturing engineering team at MCI Fabco in Winnipeg. This role emphasizes CNC programming and support for lean manufacturing processes to ensure on-time production of quality parts. As the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee both manufacturing engineering and CNC programmer coordinators. With a focus on safety and efficiency, you will ensure manufacturing cells are adequately supported while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires collaboration with the manufacturing leadership team to achieve operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise manufacturing engineering and CNC programmer coordinators
- Drive safety improvements and participate in investigations
- Manage project assignments and workload balance
- Lead continuous improvement activities using lean concepts
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental programs
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with CNC Brake Press machines
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and manufacturing software
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional engagement
