In this role, you’ll support manufacturing processes focusing on Composite Layup and Assembly, optimizing production strategies. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you'll enhance manufacturing plans and resolve engineering-related challenges efficiently. Your efforts will ensure that design and production align with business objectives, leveraging your technical expertise to support product quality and operational success. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop manufacturing concepts supporting business strategies
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials and work instructions
- Conduct producibility assessments for product designs
- Implement integrated work statements to meet delivery goals
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing performance issues
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing or engineering
- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Eligible for Engineer in Training or Professional Engineer certification
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Eligibility to handle export-controlled information
