- 10+ years in product reliability within MedTech sector
- Expertise in DFMEA, FTA, and test program execution
- Proficient with data analysis tools like Minitab
- Knowledge of Python or MATLAB is an asset
- Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulatory standards
