Responsibilities include managing employee relations, performance management, and implementing new HR initiatives in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR Manager on employee and labor relations Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning Support the rollout of current HR policies and programs Engage with a variety of stakeholders within the HR team Drive process improvements and cutting-edge solutions Requirements

Minimum 3 years of HR experience, 4+ preferred At least 1 year in a unionized environment Expertise in BC and Canadian employment law Strong problem-solving and process enhancement skills Positive and patient approach to HR challenges Utilize your HR skills to create a meaningful impact in North Vancouver's vibrant corporate culture.
