Leading Product Development Manager - Dairy

Drive innovation in hard cheese products as the Manager of Product Development at a leading food manufacturing company. Utilize your expertise to lead R&D initiatives and enhance product success. This pivotal leadership role requires managing product innovation and process optimization for cheese-related projects. • Direct product innovation and formulation within cheese category
• Supervise multiple R&D projects with clear objectives

• Partner with Manufacturing and Quality teams for streamlined processes
• Explore cost-saving and operational efficiency opportunities Requirements:
• University degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related
• Minimum 10 years of experience in food manufacturing
• Proven expertise in R&D product development
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food regulations
