R&D/Application Specialist Dairy & Beverage

You will innovate value-added ingredient blends while providing support to the commercial team to boost growth and refine product offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead innovative Dairy & Beverage formulation development
- Design prototypes that serve marketing purposes
- Maintain compliance with Good Laboratory Practices
- Supervise pilot plant equipment for scaling projects
- Conduct market trend research for product improvements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dairy processing
- Comprehensive knowledge of food ingredient types
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HACCP protocols
